Sullivans Event Catering started as the successful Sullivans Restaurant in Holywood. Over 15 years ago Chef/Proprietor Simon Shaw started to build up a large clientele who enjoyed dining on his innovative cuisine. As time progressed many restaurant customers requested that Simon provide the catering for important events based all over the province.

 

As a result of this we are now concentrating on Event Catering and have built up an excellent word of mouth reputation due to our personal approach, outstanding food and exceptional service. We thoroughly enjoy creating memorable events for our customers and feel that it shows in the end result.

 

We provide a wide range of outside catering whether it is for a sumptuous wedding banquet, corporate event, birthday party or intimate private dinner.  Our talented team of chefs and waiting staff strive to make each event an unforgettable occasion.

 

Our Head Chef and Event Planner meet with each client and discuss every detail, ensuring that each occasion is unique and exactly what the customer desires.
